Mornings at Villa Roma Imperiale begin in the most indulgent and genuine way, with a breakfast that feels both abundant and deeply personal. Our buffet unfolds like a celebration of home-baked tradition: golden croissants, flaky focacce, soft breads, and rustic crostate still warm from the oven. Every cake is homemade. You’ll find creamy ricotta and aged cheeses from the Garfagnana, seasonal fruit, plant-based options, and freshly churned yogurts, all prepared with the same care and generosity you’d expect in an Italian family kitchen. And then, of course, there are the made-to-order moments: eggs, pancakes, and crepes, served with a smile, best enjoyed in the soft morning light of our garden veranda.

Lunch and dinner at Villa Roma are served like they would be at home, if home were a sun-dappled Tuscan villa. Our kitchen is intimate, seasonal, and quietly sophisticated. Each dish is prepared with a sense of warmth and simplicity, inspired by local recipes and the rhythm of the day. Guests gather around our secluded veranda at the back of the villa, where the atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, and every plate tells a story of fresh ingredients, heartfelt cooking, and the pleasure of being together.
